Registration: What happens to my registration?
We are automatically transferring your registration to the new dates in December. The conference will run for the same duration of 3-days and the programme will largely be the same as originally planned.
If you are unable to make the new dates, please do nominate an alternative delegate to represent you. To update those details, you can contact the Events registration team on firstname.lastname@example.org
Travel & Accommodation.
We advise that you contact your airline, hotel, accommodation provider or travel agent to re-schedule your trip at your earliest convenience. It is likely that airlines and hotels will be receiving similar requests from people globally, but please do let them know the re-schedule circumstance is caused by the novel coronavirus.
If you have booked your accommodation through the ADI conference website, we are currently in discussion with the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) to see how the hotel providers may be able to support us. We will contact you directly once we have further information.
Visa: Will I have to re-apply for a visa?
If you require a visa to travel to Singapore please check the duration of your current visa or travel permit and re-new if required.
Abstracts: Will my abstract be automatically carried forward to the new dates?
Yes, your abstract will automatically be carried forward to the new dates. You may wish to update your presentations and posters nearer the time, with any new research or information that is relevant between now and December.
If you need to make a specific update or amendment to the actual abstract, we will let you know how to go about this in due course, through the online abstract system.
Exhibitors: I am an exhibitor at the conference, is there anything I need to do?
No, we will automatically carry forward your exhibition booking for the new dates.
Symposium bookings will automatically be carried forward to the new dates. If you have a specific question about your symposium, please contact the Events team on email@example.com
The Events team will be in touch with you directly to reconfirm details of your keynote speech for the December dates and related logistics.
Conference dinner: What about my reservation for the conference dinner?
Your conference dinner reservation will also be automatically carried forward to the new dates.
